Healthy juice of grapes

Here I post a natural juice made in a few minutes.
It is easy to prepare and the ingredients are:
- one grape
- one apple
- two carrots
- one potato
Mix the juice of each ingredient and add, if you like it sweet, a teaspoon of pure honey.
You can drink a glass of this healthy juice daily and it boost the metabolism.
